Redkite's Communications team plays a critical role in building awareness of our services, strengthening our reputation and helping more families, supporters and health professionals connect with the support we provide. As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll help bring this work to life through engaging content, campaigns and digital experiences across multiple channels.

This role is ideal for an experienced digital marketing professional who enjoys variety and wants to work across a broad range of digital channels and platforms. You'll work across website management, social media, marketing automation, digital campaigns and reporting, using data and insights to continually improve performance and engagement.

You’ll be part of a small but dynamic Communications team and will work closely with colleagues across IT, Fundraising, and Services, as well as external digital partners. You'll support digital marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement and connection with Redkite's services.

The role will involve:

- Managing and updating content across the Redkite website.
- Supporting the optimisation of the website to improve user experience, visibility and engagement.
- Managing Redkite's social media presence, including planning, creating, scheduling, publishing and monitoring content across our social channels.
- Coordinating and supporting the delivery and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across website, social media, marketing automation and paid digital channels.
- Building campaign landing pages and supporting campaign tracking and reporting.

- Supporting the delivery of marketing automation activities, including campaign setup, testing, deployment and optimisation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Agentforce Marketing and related platforms.
- Supporting the delivery and optimisation of SEO, SEM and paid social campaigns.
- Monitoring digital performance, analysing results and recommending opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and engagement.
- Working with external agencies and digital partners to support campaign delivery and continuous improvement.

About you

You're a hands-on digital marketer who enjoys variety and likes seeing the impact of your work. You'll be comfortable working across multiple digital platforms, managing competing priorities and using data and insights to improve campaign performance.

You'll bring:

- Demonstrated experience working in a digital marketing role.
- Hands-on experience across website management, social media, marketing automation and digital campaign delivery.
- Experience using marketing automation platforms, ideally including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Agentforce Marketing.
- Experience creating, managing and optimising paid digital campaigns across channels such as paid social, SEO and SEM.
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to monitor performance, analyse results and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Solid written communication and content creation skills.
- Excellent organisational skills,

attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.

Nice to have:

- Experience working with external agencies.
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector.
- A qualification in Marketing or a related discipline.

Most importantly, you'll bring a genuine desire to use your skills to help children and families facing cancer.
