Swift Powdercoating & Fencing is seeking an experienced installer for residential and builder projects across Brisbane.

Custom aluminium gate installation experience is essential. If you take pride in your workmanship, solve problems on site and deliver a professional finish, we’d like to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

- Install custom aluminium pedestrian and sliding gates, fencing panels and infills.

- Measure and set out installations accurately, including posts, footings, tracks, hinges and gate hardware.

- Align and adjust gates for smooth, reliable operation.

- Read drawings and follow job specifications.

- Identify and resolve installation issues on site.

- Work with our fabrication team to ensure gates and fencing fit correctly.

- Communicate professionally with customers, builders and colleagues.

- Maintain a secure, tidy worksite and complete final quality checks.

Essential skills and experience

- Proven experience installing custom aluminium gates and fencing, including pedestrian and sliding gates.

- Ability to measure accurately, read drawings and use power tools confidently.

- Strong practical skills and problem-solving ability.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.





- Current driver’s licence and Construction White Card.

- Reliability, attention to detail and a professional approach.

- Ability to safely carry out the physical requirements of installation work.

Desirable experience

- Glass pool fencing installation.

- Glass balustrade installation.

- Gate automation installation, setup and troubleshooting.

- Aluminium fabrication or welding.

- Custom residential and builder projects.

Hours & remuneration

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday.

- Typical hours: 6am-2:30pm

- Annual salary + super, depending on experience.
