What You’ll Be Doing
Quality Cutting & Yields: Whole primal breakdown, clean retail trim, slicing, traying, and setting up top-tier cabinet displays.
Customer Engagement: Greeting customers, taking custom orders over the counter, giving cooking advice, and delivering great service.
Dual-Location Work: Working flexibly across both our Pacific Fair and Palm Beach stores.
Store Operations: Maintaining strict hygiene, food safety, and shop cleanliness standards.

What We’re Looking For
Trade Qualification: Completed Meat Retailing Apprenticeship (Certificate III).
Sharp Knife Skills:



Precision cutting, speed, and clean presentation.
Excellent Character & Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, honest, and easy to get along with.
Location Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work shifts across both Palm Beach and Pac Fair stores.
Customer Focus: Comfortable jumping out from behind the block to serve customers with a positive attitude.
