About the role

Working closely with the Group General Manager and venue teams, you'll take responsibility for day-to-day social media, paid social advertising, email and SMS marketing across three entertainment venues. This is a hands-on role where you'll spend time in venues capturing content, as well as planning, publishing and improving campaigns.

Key responsibilities
Manage social media channels across all three venues, including responding to comments and messages
Create and post engaging content, including short videos, reels, photography, graphics and promotional copy
Develop a content calendar that balances the Game Over brand with each venue's attractions and local audience
Set up, manage and optimise paid Facebook and Instagram advertising
Create email and SMS campaigns to drive bookings and repeat visits
Promote school holidays, birthday parties, corporate events, special offers and recent attractions
Manage agreed advertising budgets and track campaign performance
Provide clear reports on enquiries, bookings, revenue and prospects to improve results

About you
Demonstrated experience in social media and digital marketing
Practical experience managing paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
Robust video creation, editing,



copywriting and basic graphic design skills
Experience with email and SMS marketing platforms
An understanding of conversion tracking and how to measure campaign results
The ability to work independently and coordinate with teams across three locations
A current driver's licence and the ability to travel regularly between venues (using your own vehcile, Game Over will pay you klm reimbursment). Pending where you live, one of the Game Over venues will become your home venue.
Experience in entertainment, hospitality, tourism, retail or another consumer-focused business would be highly regarded
