Key Responsibilities
Conduct open inspections and property viewings for prospective tenants.
Manage rental arrears, including monitoring outstanding payments and following up with tenants.
Conduct routine property inspections to ensure properties are maintained in accordance with tenancy agreements.
Conduct entry, exit/vacate inspections and coordinate the handover process when tenants vacate.




Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including communicating with tenants, landlords and tradespeople to resolve issues efficiently.
Handle tenant enquiries and disputes, communicating professionally with tenants and landlords to facilitate appropriate resolutions.
Maintain accurate property and tenancy records and ensure relevant documentation is kept up to date.
Communicate regularly with landlords, tenants and contractors regarding property management matters.
Assist with the day-to-day management of the agency’s residential rental portfolio.

You will:
Have an Agents Representative Certificate
Have a valid Victorian driver’s license
Demonstrate robust communication and negotiation skills
Be proactive in promoting our services
Have the ability to meet deadlines and manage your time effectively
Demonstrate strong attention to detail
The ability to speak multiple languages will be an advantage

Pay: $65,000.00 – $66,000.00 per year
