Our clinic also sees a large volume of orthopaedic surgeries, supported by regular visits from a travelling orthopaedic specialist.

The Chance

We are currently looking for our next star Veterinary Nurse to join our team on casual basis! As a Vet Nurse with Belconnen Veterinary Centre, you will be actively involved in supporting our Vets with patient care, and with shifts rotating between surgery, hospital, and reception!

To be successful for this position, you will have:
A Cert IV Vet Nursing is preferred.




Availability to work a variety of shifts from 28th September - 28th October (no weekends required!)
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Vet Nurse, with knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures, particularly ECC experience would prove very beneficial
An empathetic, caring nurse that always advocates for their patients.
Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with our clients.
An eye for detail, a valuable work ethic and a willingness to keep learning and improving both themselves and the practice.
