A rare and dynamic role has become available at South Australia's multi award winning Mitsubishi Dealership, Wayville Mitsubishi.

An amazing opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Controller for our thriving Wayville Mitsubishi workshop. As the Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for the effective running and coordination of all workshop activity and leadership of a large team of technicians.

To be successful in this role, you will be a strong communicator and a situational manager with the ability to easily adapt to meet our customer's needs. You will be well organised, a problem solver, able to manage repair orders efficiently with the ability to positively influence people.

Responsibilities will include:
Delivering daily workshop activities and assigning repair orders to service technicians - using our Dealer Management System (DMS)
Managing the workshop team to maximise productivity, efficiency and profitability
Ensuring that workshop processes are adhered to, and work is performed safely and to the highest quality standards
Working with Service Advisors to communicate vehicle progress and additional work needed to customers

About you:
Ability to maintain workshop productivity and efficiency levels




Strong organisation and leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor, including apprentices
Be reliable, self-motivated, with a excellent work ethic
Sound knowledge of dealership IT systems including Microsoft Office, Titan will be advantageous
Hold a current Australian driver's license.
