Monarch Community Health Services is seeking an experienced Australian female Support Worker aged 35years or over to support a participant with daily living, community access.

About the Participant

The participant is a friendly, intelligent and empathetic person who enjoys social activities and community participation. They value routine, stability and building a solid, trusting relationship with their Support Worker.

The participant is independent with transfers and eating and does not require assistance with personal care. The role focuses on companionship, social engagement and community access, supporting the participant to participate in activities they enjoy.

Support Requirements

Essential Requirements
Female Support Worker
35 years or older
Confident, reliable and empathetic
Able to communicate clearly and understand the participant’s communication needs
Experience with disability support
Available for regular ongoing shifts
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check




Working with Children Check, if applicable
First Aid and CPR
Current full Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

The participant is looking for stability and consistency, so applicants who can commit to regular ongoing shifts are strongly preferred.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $40.26 – $45.00 per hour
