Continue your career at The Star Gold Coast as a Workforce Planner, where you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a high-quality rostering process that balances operational needs with team member work/life balance, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented across our venues. This role provides essential support to operational leaders by forecasting, planning, and aligning roster practices with company policy, The Star Gold Coast Enterprise Agreement and other awards.

What we are looking for
Experience in workforce planning in large-scale hospitality industry coupled with knowledge of rostering systems (highly regarded)
Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders to support operational excellence
Solid attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent communication skills and cooperative approach
