What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead with Energy: Manage and motivate a large, passionate team through busy peak rushes with confidence and positivity.
Guest Experience: Set the standard on the floor to ensure every customer gets a memorable, high-energy experience.
Coaching & Support: Actively coach team members, leading by example to bring out the best in your crew.
Daily Operations: Run smooth floor shifts, manage opening/closing duties, cash handling, and daily administrative tasks.
Behind the Scenes:



Support the Store Manager with inventory control, stock management, rosters and maintaining premium food safety standards.

What You’ll Bring:
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
A business-savvy mindset with experience achieving sales targets, KPIs, and maximizing profit.
Solid problem-solving and organizational skills—with the ability to multitask while smiling your head off.
Full availability to work a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends, opening keys, and closing shifts.

Pay & Contract:
Competitive full time hourly rate (38 hours/week) plus weekend penalty rates and superannuation.
