About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and highly organised NDIS Service Coordinator to support participants in achieving their goals and navigating the NDIS with confidence. In this role, you will work closely with participants, families, and service providers to ensure supports are delivered effectively, safely, and in line with NDIS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with NDIS participants and their support networks
Coordinate and implement NDIS-funded supports in line with participant goals and plans
Liaise with service providers, allied health professionals, and other stakeholders
Monitor service delivery and outcomes to ensure value and compliance
Identify risks and resolve issues in a timely, participant-centred manner
Maintain accurate case notes, reports, and documentation in line with NDIS requirements
Advocate for participants and support their choice and control
Ensure all supports align with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies
Contribute to quality assurance, internal audits, and continuous improvement projects.
About You
Previous experience in a similar coordination or administrative role, within the disability services sector
Strong understanding of NDIS plans, supports, and funding categories
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple participants and priorities effectively
High level of professionalism, empathy, and cultural awareness
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Essential Requirements
Relevant qualification in Community Services, Disability, Social Work, or similar (or equivalent experience)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Right to work in Australia
Desirable
Previous experience as an NDIS Service Coordinator or Support Coordinator
Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguards Framework
Experience using client management systems

Pay: $38.00 – $45.00 per hour
