We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Italian Cook / Chef to join our busy, fast-paced kitchen team, working Wednesday through Sunday.

Position Overview
Role: Full time Cook / Chef
Cuisine: Authentic Italian
Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday (38 hours per week)
Visa Sponsorship: Full-time visa sponsorship available for the right eligible candidate

About the Role

Our bustling Italian restaurant is looking for a dedicated and energetic team player who thrives in a high-pressure, quick-paced environment. You will prepare and cook traditional Italian dishes with consistency, precision, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute authentic Italian menu items (pasta, sauces, mains, or pizza/antipasti) to high restaurant standards.
Manage your section efficiently during busy service hours.
Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.




Collaborate supportively with the rest of the kitchen brigade and front-of-house staff.

What We Require
Experience: Proven cooking experience in a professional commercial kitchen, with a strong background in Italian cuisine.
Attitude: A true team player with a positive work ethic and calm demeanour under pressure.
Availability: Able to work a regular roster spanning Wednesday to Sunday.
Work Rights / Sponsorship: Open to applicants currently in Australia with valid rights or those qualified for full-time employer visa sponsorship.
