What you’ll be doing
Supervise, plan and coordinate fleet preventative maintenance, repairs and workshop resources to meet time, cost, quality, safety and environmental targets.
Manage rosters and resource allocation and provide direction and feedback on workshop performance.
Conduct shifts pre-starts covering safety, daily work schedules and other relevant business.
Assist with complex mechanical and hydraulic problem-solving.
Coordinate mechanical services with internal and external clients to ensure efficient delivery.
Coordinate breakdown repairs and recovery as required.

What you’ll bring
Qualified Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle




Proven experience supervising mechanical teams in a workshop or fleet environment
Strong experience in the maintenance and repair of trucks, forklifts and plant equipment
Excellent communication, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
HR driver license is required
Solid understanding of safety, preventative maintenance and workshop practices
