The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to a consistently high standard while maintaining a clean, organised and effective kitchen.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and cooking menu items during service
Following recipes, portion sizes and kitchen procedures
Maintaining food quality and presentation
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Working efficiently during busy service periods
Completing kitchen preparation and closing duties
About You
Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Solid attention to detail
Able to remain organised and effective during busy periods
BBQ and smoked meat experience is highly regarded
