Description

Looking for someone warm, reliable, patient and generally healthy. This is a live in position, pay rate is $4-$5k per month. Typically between 3pm and 7pm there would be a long break and prior there would be breaks as well. You would have a rent free large studio apartment style room with own bed, sofa, TV with Netflix, fridge, desk, chair, AC, microwave, private entry and exit. All general household groceries and utilities would be paid. You could also choose a standard bedroom if you prefer. Kitchen and 2 bathrooms to be shared. Kitchen is vegetarian only, so vegetarian cooking only here, but you can heat non veg takeout in the microwave. She is a bubbly and physically fit lady who forgets things often and just needs help with taking medications, meals, walk, companionship, transport (public transport is an option, but prefer someone who can drive, car is available), tidying and kitchen cleaning after cooking, laundry etc. We have cleaners coming fortnightly who also vacuum and mop the whole house including your room.
