You will manage staff, stock, sales and customer service while helping the business maintain effective and welcoming retail operations.

Position : Retail Manager

Salary : $75000- $85000

Location: 61 Richmond Hill Drive, Hughenden QLD 4821

Key Responsibilities
determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
undertaking budgeting for the establishment
controlling selection,



training and supervision of staff
ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Qualifications and Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in retail management or a senior retail supervisory role.

A qualification in Retail Management, Business Management, Business Administration or a related field will be highly regarded.
