Join Star Phones, one of Australia’s leading mobile accessories and phone repair retailers, with 55+ stores nationwide. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our team in Mount Gravatt, QLD.

Position: Retail Sales Assistant
Location: Mount Gravatt, QLD
Employment Type: Full time & Part time
Hours: 24–50 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell mobile accessories, including phone cases, screen protectors, chargers and power banks
Assist customers with product selection and provide tailored recommendations
Assist with basic mobile phone repairs and services
Deliver friendly and skilled customer service
Achieve store sales targets and KPIs
Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and comfortable with upselling
Strong customer service and sales skills
Motivated, reliable and responsible
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage

Pay & Benefits
$27.81 – $35.00 per hour
Monthly performance bonuses of up to $1,000–$1,500
