Bake & Grind DTC (Delacombe Town Centre) is looking for a full time manager that can, with a positive attitude oversee the day to day running of the store. This is a full time position. Tuesday-Saturday (Tues-Fri 1.30pm finishes, Saturdays 9am-5pm).
Duties include:
Opening and closing of store
Stock ordering and control
Leading a team with a focus on customer service
Barista work (experience not essential)
Food preparation
Applicant must haves:
Positive attitude with a passion for customer service
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Someone that leads by example and has a hands on approach
Excellent time management skills
Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements
