How you'll spend your days
Being the first hello for every client, visitor and caller
Getting each call to the right person, quick
Keeping the boardroom and meeting rooms ready, catering included
Opening recent client files and keeping records spot on
Looking after mail, couriers and incoming documents
Helping the wider team with admin and accounts follow ups
Spotting the small things that make the office run better





What you're made of
Reception experience, ideally in a professional office
A warm, unflappable manner, on the phone and in person
Sharp attention to detail and a genuine love of being organised
Confidence picking up current systems
Discretion, because you'll know a lot and say very little
An easy commute to West Perth
