AUS Fleet Solutions (AFS) Group is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives across our multi-business unit group. This role is responsible for social media, SEO/SEM, website management, content creation, and brand-building campaigns that support business growth and expansion.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will work closely with the business unit leaders to deliver engaging digital content, optimise campaigns, and enhance our brand presence. If you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and have a passion for digital marketing, this role is for you. This role is full time based in our head office location, Bassendean WA.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute annual digital marketing plans and budgets.
Lead social media strategy, content creation, and paid campaigns.
Manage AFS websites, SEO, and Google Ads campaigns.
Create compelling digital and print content, including photography and video.
Coordinate sponsorships, events, and local marketing initiatives.




Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns for ROI and lead generation.

About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, including SEO, graphic design, social media, and campaign execution.
Skilled in content creation, Adobe Creative Suite, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms).
Strong written and visual communication skills.
Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable in a quick-moving, changing workplace.
