Bakers Delight Wynyard is looking for an energetic, reliable Sales Assistant to join our fast-paced bakery team. Located in the heart of the CBD next to Wynyard Station, our store is busy, people-focused, and perfect for someone who enjoys staying active at work.

This is a casual role (2–3 shifts per week, up to 20 hours) with a mix of morning and evening shifts. Ideal for students or anyone seeking flexible work in customer service and retail.

Key responsibilities:
Provide friendly, efficient customer service in a high-volume setting
Confidently recommend products and upsell to customers
Keep product displays full, fresh, and well presented
Work quickly and accurately during peak commuter periods
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the sales area
Work independently and as part of a team

What we’re looking for:
A positive, high-energy attitude (experience not required)
Confidence communicating with customers
Willingness to learn and take initiative




Reliability and solid time management
Availability for Monday–Friday shifts (7:00 am to 8:00 pm, morning and/or evening)
