Gold Key Real Estate is looking for an experienced real estate qualified who wants more than just another sales position. We are a small, established and hands-on agency entering our next stage of growth, and we’re looking for the right person to help build our sales division across Melbourne. This is a hands-on role. You’ll continue to prospect, list and sell property while also helping recruit, develop and lead a team of sales agents. We aren’t looking to build a traditional office full of agents. Our vision is a versatile Melbourne-wide sales team where agents can develop their own areas while being supported by one robust brand, systems, administration and leadership. We’re looking for someone with real estate sales experience, leadership ability and an entrepreneurial mindset. Remuneration will be structured around experience, individual sales performance and team growth.
