Highland Cafe is opening at Shop 1, 85 Kent Road, Wooloowin, and we're looking for an experienced breakfast chef to help us start strong. You'll have a brand new kitchen, a friendly team, and the freedom to make the breakfast service your own.
The role
Lead the breakfast service and run the pass with confidence
Cook and plate consistent, high quality dishes during busy morning rushes
Handle daily prep and keep your station clean and organised
Work closely with front of house to keep service smooth
Help with ordering, stock control, and wastage
Follow all food safety and hygiene requirements
About you
3 to 5 years of cafe or breakfast kitchen experience
Confident running the pass solo and calm under pressure
Positive knowledge of food safety and hygiene
Reliable, positive, and passionate about good food
Available for early starts and a mix of weekdays and weekends
Right to work in Australia
