Casual fine dining Italian restaurant, currently searching for bartender.
Restaurant is open WEDNESDAY - SUNDAY for DINNER SERVICE ONLY

approx. 60-120 cocktails per week (low volume)
wine, beer & soft drinks service.
wine experience is a bonus.
coffee experience is a bonus.
Light washing duties involved.
Skills with garnish & modern cocktails a must. (if no experience you must have a very high level of motivation to learn this field)
Must be available to work FRIDAY & SATURDAY. (dinner service only)
Previous bartending experience essential
Robust knowledge of wine a must with our own onsite cellar.
Confident with making cocktails in a fast paced environment.
A outstanding can-do attitude.
Outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.

Short walk from public transport option, there is a bus direct from Burwood station.
