Needed Female staff : Key Responsibilities • Live Food Service: Run the chaat counter and prepare live street food orders (e.g., Pani Puri, Bhel Puri, Papdi Chaat) quickly and efficiently in front of customers. • Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, take live orders at the counter, and maintain an engaging, skilled live-station experience. • Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain exceptional hygiene standards at the chaat station. Clean kitchen surfaces, countertops, utensils, and equipment throughout the shift. • Closing Tasks: Efficiently pack down the station at 9:00 PM, dispose of waste, and ensure the area is fully sanitized for the next day. Requirements & Qualifications • Experience: Prior experience making or serving Indian street food/chaat is a major advantage. • Skills: Solid communication and interpersonal skills to handle live customer interactions. Valuable hand-eye coordination for quick food assembly. • Availability: Must be strictly available to work every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
