Inspection Haus is a Property Inspection Service provided to Real Estate Agencies across Sydney. We work closely with Property Managers by organising and conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspection reports. We are a fun, robust team in which we catch up on a regular basis and provide support as this is a home based role in which you don't need to come into the office! Key responsibilities Coordination of routine inspection with tenants Conducting routine and entry reports across Sydney Identifying any maintenance issues or safety concerns Key collection and drop off from real estate agencies Maintain accurate records and manage companies software About you: Excellent communication and attention to detail Own reliable car and drivers license Must have your own ABN to invoice our company Suitable if you are looking for part time or casual work We offer set hours for this role and set payment per property inspection conducted.
