Residential youth worker and disability support, available immediately for FIFO, DIDO, regional and remote rosters. Based in Wilson, Perth. Own car, full WA licence, happy to fly or drive and stay on site.

I am a German-qualified Youth and Residential Care Educator with a Bachelor of Skilled. In Germany I completed a year in early childhood, a year in an intensive residential youth home, and worked as a qualified educator in kindergartens. I also hold a certificate in animal-assisted pedagogy with horses and dogs. Qualifications and references are NAATI-translated. In Australia I have already done physical site work, so remote rosters and long shifts are not recent to me.

First Aid and CPR, White Card, RSA.

I work days, nights, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays, including short notice. Comfortable with personal care, community access, trauma-informed support and behaviours of concern. Used to holding a house: routines, boundaries, calm in a crisis, and writing notes after the shift.
