Welcome and seat guests with a positive and friendly attitude. Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and drinks to tables in a timely and professional manner. Answer menu questions and provide recommendations to customers. Maintain clean dining areas, transparent and wipe tables, and prepare cutlery/tableware. Handle cash and card payments accurately. Ensure a smooth dining experience and handle customer queries professionally. Requirements & Skills: Prior experience as a Waiter / Food Attendant in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Positive communication skills in English (Hindi/Punjabi fluency is a plus). Robust multitasking and time-management skills. Friendly personality with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and late shifts. Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate (or willingness to get one). Valid work rights in Australia.
