PRODUCTION ASSISTANT – SHORT-TERM / CASUAL Location: Riverstone 2765 Start: ASAP | Approx. next couple of months Set Fusion is looking for an organised and proactive Production Assistant to join our team for the next couple of months. With a busy production schedule ahead and some of our team members taking time off, we’re looking for someone to provide additional support across our day-to-day projects, particularly during the busy lead-up to Christmas. The Role You’ll work alongside our Production and Project Management team, assisting with: Production schedules, job sheets and project documentation Ordering materials and following up suppliers Organising deliveries,



transport and site logistics Communicating with our workshop and production crew Preparing information for bump-ins and bump-outs General project coordination and office administration Training will be provided, and there will always be someone in the office working alongside you to provide support and guidance. You won’t be expected to manage projects on your own. We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable, switched on and willing to learn. Experience in events, production or a creative setting is a bonus, but not essential.
