Early Start Australia Pty is seeking a dedicated coordinator to support client intake, onboarding and continuity of care across our Toowong clinic. You will review referrals, manage scheduling (including telehealth), and ensure transparent communication with families to foster safety and support.
You will oversee caseloads, plan goal-based interventions, and coordinate therapy across clinic, home, school and community settings while maintaining documentation, privacy and funding compliance.
