We are a small concrete company that provides personalised service to the construction industry. We are very flexible with our employees with personal lives and other commitments. All we ask is if you say you can work, then you need to show up as we are not big enough to cover random days off. If you want to have a day off, just let us know and we won't schedule any work from you on that day. If you have appointments, no problem. Need to take the kids to school or pick them up at the end of their day, no stress.



We just need enough notice so we don't book loads at those times.

We have never had someone quit a job out of anger or hate. It's usually just because they are moving on with their lives. This time it is because our driver has retired.

Work generally starts at 6.30 but often later depending on when the loads have been booked. The work day in usually between 7 - 8 hours but can be longer. If you have been asked to work and the rain sets in you will still get paid a 4 hour minimum even if we have nothing for you to do.

Our mini mix trucks have manual gearboxes. They drive like a car. Our maxi trucks are all automatics except one but you won't be asked to drive that one.

Due to insurance constraints you will need to be over 25 years old.
