Peppertree Hill Group is seeking part time and casual Room Attendants/Cleaners for its boutique properties in MUDGEE Region. The Group currently operates two premium properties including Perry Street Boutique Hotel and Peppertree Farm in Mudgee, NSW.

There is IMMEDIATE START for suitable candidates. Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred but not essential as training will be provided to suitable candidates who are energetic, reliable and enthusiastic about providing the best in guest experience!

Job Scope/Description:

The responsibilities of a Room Attendant include:
Changing bed linen and making beds
Replacing used towels
Sweeping and mopping floors
Scrubbing bathrooms and toilets
Vacuuming carpets
Dusting furniture
Replenishing bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
Restocking beverages and food items in the mini-bar
Cleaning public areas, like corridors
Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs
Addressing any guests’ queries (e.g. on additional services)
Ensuring all assigned rooms are clean/tidy and checked in a timely manner
Housekeeping hours : typically 9-3pm daily





Qualifications/Experience
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Solid attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for guests.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others.

This position requires individuals to be hardworking, motivated and enthusiastic and have a positive attitude towards work. You will be supported by a qualified and dedicated team and have opportunity to progress in other areas of guest services in future.
