An experienced Aged care provider operating a nmber of residential aged care facilities, across Newcastle has 2 positions available. With a solid commitment to providing high-quality care can make a real difference to the lives of their patients.

A little About the Positions
Full-time role working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Deliver onsite clinical pharmacy services including medication reviews
Provide education and training to staff
Be involved in clinical governance and contributing to policy and procedures

About you
A Bachelor of Pharmacy and current registration with AHPRA
(MMR) and Aged Care Onsite Pharmacist (ACOP) credentialling
Excellent communication skills, able to develop and maintain relationships
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Proactive, driven and passionate about making an impact in the aged care sector
Accredited to vaccinate essential
