H Flowers is looking for a talented, reliable and customer-focused Florist to join our team at our Box Hill store.

We’re looking for someone who loves flowers, takes pride in their work and understands that being a outstanding florist is about more than simply making beautiful arrangements.

This is not an entry-level florist position. Previous practical flower shop/floristry experience is required with at least 1 year experience.

YOUR DAY MAY INCLUDE

• Creating bouquets, flower boxes and floral arrangements
• Preparing orders and custom orders
• Serving customers and helping them choose the right flowers
• Wrapping and presenting flowers beautifully
• Merchandising and maintaining the store throughout the day
• Conditioning, preparing and caring for fresh flowers
• Keeping the workspace clean, organised and presentation-ready




• Supporting the team during busy periods such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day

ABOUT YOU

Previous hands-on florist experience is essential.

You should be:

• Confident making bouquets and arrangements independently
• Creative, with a solid eye for colour, balance and presentation
• Comfortable following a floral brief while adapting to the flowers available
• Friendly and confident with customers
• Productive and calm when the store gets busy
• Organised and attentive to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working independently when required
• Someone who naturally notices when something needs cleaning, restocking or improving — and takes care of it
