The role:
Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment
Support the kitchen team with food preparation and general kitchen duties
Operate and maintain dishwashing facilities and kitchen equipment
Complete general kitchen wash-up, including dishes, floors, walls, benches and equipment
Deep clean and organise fridges, freezers and storerooms in line with food safety and hygiene standards

Your experience :
Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand (around 1 year preferred) in a commercial kitchen




Reliable and able to commit to rostered shifts based on your availability
A good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced kitchen and staying on top of the details
A positive team player with transparent communication skills
Takes pride in keeping kitchen areas clean, organised and hygienic
Happy to jump in with dishwashing, waste disposal and basic stock rotation
