You’ll work alongside our qualified tradespeople across a range of property maintenance jobs, including residential, strata, aged care and community housing properties.
The job
Assist qualified tradespeople with maintenance and repair work
Work across a variety of different trades and jobs
Prepare work areas, materials and equipment
Complete general hands-on maintenance tasks
Work at heights when required
Travel between job sites
Work safely and look after our clients and their properties
What we need
We’re looking for someone who:
Is reliable, punctual and willing to work
Is practical and comfortable using tools
Is willing to learn and take direction
Can work safely at heights
Has a current driver's licence
Is comfortable dealing with clients
Can work independently and as part of a team
Can obtain the required police and relevant screening clearances
Previous trade or maintenance experience would be an advantage, but attitude and reliability are just as significant.
