Field Service Project Labourer – Toowoomba

We’re looking for a hands‑on Field Service Project Labourer to join our project team, delivering turnkey solutions for key agricultural customers. This is a wide-ranging and active role where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing
Part of a team installing or repairing turnkey irrigation solutions for Ag customers
Carrying out day‑to‑day field tasks as directed by the project team
Performing preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
Working safely and maintaining high safety standards on‑site




Assisting with installations and project delivery
Travelling for projects when required, including some overnight stays

What We’re Looking For
Physically fit and willing to perform manual labour
Bobcat and/or excavator experience preferred
Self‑motivated and organised, with the ability to work independently
Solid teamwork skills and a positive, can‑do attitude
