We’re a growing sports, headwear and apparel retailer bringing together some of the biggest teams, leagues and brands from around the world — and we’re looking for Store Manager to lead our team at the Lids Stores located at Carousel Shopping Centre.
We want someone who loves being on the floor, leading from the front, talking product, coaching their team and chasing a great result.
THE ROLE
You’ll take ownership of your store and:
Drive sales and deliver strong commercial results
Lead, coach and develop a high-energy retail team
Create a great customer experience
Deliver high Visual Merchandising (VM) standards
Manage rosters, wages, stock and day-to-day operations
Build a team culture that is fun, competitive and accountable
ABOUT YOU
You’ll ideally have Store Manager experience in fashion, sports, footwear, streetwear or another quick-paced retail environment.
More importantly, you're a sales-focused leader who brings energy, knows how to get the best out of people and isn't afraid to get amongst it. A genuine interest in sport, headwear, sneakers or fashion is a must.
