Black Auto Group is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department in Toowoomba.
Working with leading brands including Nissan, Suzuki, Jeep, GWM and more, you'll be the vital link between our customers and workshop team, delivering exceptional service while earning monthly commissions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer service bookings and enquiries
Prepare repair orders and service estimates
Liaise with customers and technicians
Provide service updates and recommendations
Build strong customer relationships
Identify additional service opportunities
About You
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and computer skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and results-driven mindset
Current driver's licence
