Talent Acquisition | Recruitment (VPS4) - Expression of Interest
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Talent Acquisition and Recruitment specialists for multiple VPS4 opportunities across a range of Victorian State Government departments and agencies.
Due to an increase in recruitment requirements across our government clients, we are looking to connect with candidates who have previous experience delivering recruitment services within Victorian State Government or the broader public sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment inboxes and respond to candidate and hiring manager enquiries
Prepare and publish job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms
Screen applications and shortlist candidates against role requirements
Coordinate interviews and support interview panel activities
Provide timely updates, feedback and advice throughout the recruitment process
Support hiring managers with recruitment activities and workforce planning requirements
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment documentation and system updates
Deliver a positive candidate experience while managing recruitment administration activities
About You To be successful, you will have: Experience recruiting within Victorian State Government, or alternatively within Local Government, Federal Government
Previous experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, candidate management, shortlisting, interview coordination and stakeholder communication
The ability to build solid working relationships with hiring managers, candidates and key stakeholders
Experience managing high-volume recruitment activities and multiple vacancies simultaneously
Previous exposure to government recruitment systems such as Springboard, SuccessFactors, Vic People, Fieldglass
Experience supporting interview panels and candidate assessment processes will be highly regarded
