We have an exciting prospect for a reliable Support Worker with a “can do” attitude to assist a male with a spinal cord injury in the Lononderry area.

You are reliable with valuable work ethic and understand the importance of providing care with dignity and respect. You are self-motivated, calm, and looking to make an invaluable positive impact on the lives of others.

About the Role:

You will be working closely with the member in their own home and in the community, providing care and supports which include:
Personal care – showering, dressing, Bowel Care
Domestic tasks (light cleaning and laundry)
Assistance with - gym exercises, tools on his car

Commitment to this role is essential! Current shifts on offer but not limited to:

Shifts will be approximately 4–5 hours in the morning only.
Week 1: Tuesday and Thursday.
Week 2:



Wednesday and Friday.
Approximate shift times will be 7:00am–11:00am or 12:00pm.

Essential · Police Check

· You must have the right to live and work in Australia.

· Must have a driver's license

· Positive communication (written and verbal)

· Local to area (desirable)

Preferred Qualifications

· First Aid certificate

· Cert III Disability or Aged Care

· Manual Handling
