Lead, coach and inspire a large team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors while fostering a solid, positive store culture.

Drive performance in a high-volume workplace, exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Oversee all store operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and compliance

Ensure seamless stock flow from back-of-house to shopfloor

Partner with VM to execute elevated, on-brand visual merchandising and promotional setups
