EE Position

Komatsu South Africa is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Accounts Officer: National Creditors to join the Finance Division within the Group Operations Reporting Department.

Key Responsibilities
Process and capture supplier/creditor invoices.
Reconcile supplier statements and creditor accounts.
Verify invoice documentation and authorisations.
Follow up on outstanding queries with operational units.
Assist with month-end reporting and payment processing.
Maintain accurate creditor records and vendor information.
Support leadership with accounts payable administration.

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12.
2-Year Accounting Diploma.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable.
Minimum 2 years' Financial Accounting exposure.
SAP Accounts Payable experience will be advantageous.
Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word proficiency.
