About the business A well-established collision repair centre in NSW is expanding its team. We're a trusted name with local insurers, fleets and private customers, with a up-to-date workshop, a robust reputation for quality work and a steady, growing workload. Due to continued demand, we're looking for a skilled spray painter to join our team.
The role
Prepare, prime, colour match and apply paint finishes to repaired vehicles
Operate the spray booth and mixing equipment safely
Deliver a premium finish, including polishing and detailing where required
Work with panel beaters and estimators to meet repair deadlines
Keep the booth, equipment and paint room clean and compliant
About you
Trade qualification in Automotive Refinishing (or equivalent), or robust proven experience
Experience in a collision repair environment, including accurate colour matching
Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
Reliable, team-minded and able to work to deadlines
Current driver's licence and full working rights in Australia
Advantageous: Experience with waterborne paint systems, tri-coat and pearl finishes
