Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
3+ years of solar or energy storage applications engineering
2+ years of AutoCAD or similar design tools
Knowledge of the energy market in Sydney, Australia
: The Sales Applications Engineer will support the deployment of EBOS solutions across utility-scale solar PV, energy storage, and mining projects throughout the Pacific region. This role partners closely with customers, EPCs, developers, and internal sales and engineering teams to evaluate project requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure compliance with AS/NZS standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing project specifications and drawings, creating bills of materials and system layouts, supporting quotation development, delivering technical presentations, and providing application support throughout the sales process.
The position also serves as a technical subject matter expert on solar and energy storage product portfolio, helping customers optimize system designs, reduce installation costs, and identify creative solutions while supporting recent product development and continuous process improvement.
