. As a successful and well established functions venue, we are seeking a qualified chef attaining experience and knowledge in large scale events. They will be required to oversees and supervise kitchen staff. Assists with menu planning, inventory, rostering and management of supplies. Ensures that food is top quality and presentation is of a high standard.
