Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced and reliable HR Drivers to join our Commercial Collections team.
Based at our Rutherford depot, you'll service customers throughout the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, and Central Coast regions, operating modern collection vehicles and working independently while delivering exceptional service.
This is a permanent full time opportunity for drivers who take pride in their work, value safety, and enjoy being out on the road.
What You'll Be Doing
Safely operating HR collection vehicles
Completing scheduled commercial collection runs
Conducting pre-start inspections and daily vehicle checks
Following run sheets and GPS mapping systems
Delivering professional customer service
Adhering to company safety procedures and road regulations
What You Need
Unrestricted HR Licence
Valuable driving history (RMS Driving Record required)
Robust communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Safety-focused attitude
Reliability and commitment to teamwork
