NSW Health in Canterbury Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Telopea Ward in a permanent full-time role (38 hours weekly). The unit focuses on geriatric rehabilitation, with a patient-centred, team-oriented care model and a discharge lounge to support secure transitions.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic rehabilitation, participate in ongoing career development, and contribute to meaningful patient experiences.
