Senior Project Manager - Video & Newsroom Technology We’re partnering with a leading Australian organisation to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major technology transformation across its video, content and newsroom technology environment.

This is a complex, high-profile delivery chance involving multiple platforms, vendors, teams and interconnected workstreams. You’ll drive program planning, governance and execution while coordinating technology integration across a wider digital publishing ecosystem.

The Role
Lead a complex technology transformation spanning video, content and editorial platforms.
Own program roadmaps, delivery plans, governance, budgets, RAID and dependencies.
Manage multiple workstreams, vendors and cross-functional delivery teams.
Oversee delivery across video platforms, editorial workflows and content rights management.
Coordinate integrations across the wider newsroom and publishing ecosystem.
Engage senior stakeholders across Technology, Editorial, Product, Legal and Commercial.
Proactively manage risks, dependencies and delivery outcomes.

About You:





You’ll be an experienced Senior Technology or Digital Project Manager with a strong background delivering large-scale digital platform or technology transformations. Experience needed:
Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream technology programs.
Solid expertise in program governance, planning, budget management and vendor coordination.
Experience delivering digital platforms, integrations and technology transformation initiatives.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
The ability to navigate competing priorities, dependencies and complex delivery environments.

Experience across video platforms, DAM/MAM, CMS, APIs, cloud platforms, streaming or digital content workflows will be highly regarded.

Previous experience within media, broadcast, publishing or content technology environments is advantageous.
