About the role

Arventa is looking for a Sales Support team member to join our sales team and help turn new enquiries into qualified sales opportunities. You'll work closely with our sales team, responding to inbound leads, engaging with prospective customers, qualifying opportunities, booking product demonstrations and ensuring every lead receives timely follow-up. The position requires hands-on experience using CRM and sales technology as well as an understanding of the SaaS sales process.

Key responsibilities
Respond to inbound sales enquiries promptly and professionally
Contact prospective customers to understand their requirements and qualify opportunities
Convert qualified enquiries into meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
Ensure prospects receive consistent communication by phone and email throughout the sales cycle
Maintain accurate lead, contact and opportunity information within the CRM
Develop a robust understanding of Arventa's software and its value to prospective customers

About you




2+ years of B2B sales or support experience
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Confidence speaking with prospective customers by phone and email
A proactive approach to following up leads and opportunities
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Interest in software and technology
A results-focused mindset
The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
